1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Linspire ("the Service"), operated at linspire.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Linspire is an AI-powered LinkedIn profile analysis platform. The Service allows you to upload your LinkedIn profile data, receive AI-generated analysis and scoring, and generate content recommendations including themes, ideas, and posts.

3. LinkedIn Integration

Linspire offers an optional LinkedIn integration that allows you to schedule and publish posts directly to LinkedIn via the LinkedIn API. By connecting your LinkedIn account:

  • You authorize Linspire to publish posts to LinkedIn on your behalf
  • You confirm that you hold a valid LinkedIn account and agree to comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies
  • You acknowledge that LinkedIn may modify or revoke API access at any time, which may affect the availability of integration features
  • You are solely responsible for all content published through Linspire to your LinkedIn account
  • Disconnecting your LinkedIn account from Settings will immediately cancel any pending scheduled posts

4. Account Terms

  • You must provide a valid email address and accurate information to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

5. Credit System & Billing

Linspire operates on a credit-based system. Each action consumes a specific number of credits:

  • Profile analysis: 20 credits
  • Theme generation: 5 credits
  • Idea generation: 5 credits
  • Post generation: 10 credits

Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Subscription payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify credit costs and plan pricing with reasonable notice. Changes to pricing will not affect the current billing period of active subscriptions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service or generated content for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the LinkedIn integration to publish content that violates LinkedIn's User Agreement, Professional Community Policies, or any applicable laws
  • Attempt to use the LinkedIn integration to access any LinkedIn data beyond what is explicitly required for post scheduling (member ID and post publishing)

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Linspire platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Linspire and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the LinkedIn profile data you upload. Content generated by the Service (themes, ideas, posts) is provided for your personal and professional use. You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use generated content for any lawful purpose.

AI-Generated Content

Content produced by the Service is generated using AI language models. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any content before publishing it on LinkedIn or elsewhere.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • AI-generated analysis scores or recommendations will produce specific outcomes on LinkedIn
  • Generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linspire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any content generated by the Service
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service

Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
